I've worked with Jared for a couple of years so when I decided to buy a condo, I knew where to go. Jared was extremely patient with me and answered any and all questions, even the silly ones, with quick responses and in a very professional manner. After a few weeks of searching high and low for homes (and putting Jared through the ringer) I finally found the perfect place and as luck would have it, it had multiple offers. Jared knew how much I wanted the condo and expertly negotiated with the listing agent to get me the deal. If it wasn't for him, my offer probably wouldn't have been accepted! Over the past three years, I've kept in contact with him to keep me posted on the market trends so that when the time was right, I could sell for top dollar. Not only did Jared sell my house for top dollar, he set a record high on my floor plan in my neighborhood. Our house sold within 21 days. And that was during the winter months too! Jared has a fantastic photographer, uses the most efficient E-flyer system and document signing program, understands the importance of an open house, and most of all made us feel like we were his only clients by always being open to our questions and calls day or night. Even when we bothered him with the input of nay-sayers, Jared kept a positive but honest outlook and kept us focused on our goal. Not only are we thoroughly satisfied with our sale, but Jared was equally above the grade with our recent home purchase. We were going a new-build route, but Jared made sure we were clear about all of our options and he found us a home with all of our wish list items and then some! We tripled our backyard and got not one but two extra bedrooms while not going $1 over our price point. I'm especially touched that even the littlest details were priority when Jared searched for our home, such as a sink in the island rather than a stove and not sacrificing size for neighborhood. Jared took great care of our us and our children now think of him as an addition to our family, as he is personable, transparent, and truly the most motivated worker I've come to know. During this process of selling and buying, I've referred Jared to five of my family members and friends looking to do the same.
